to help us
in caring
for our families
to share love for each other
to unknot our messes
repairing
remembering
caring for fences
and bridges and beauty
and schools, homes, and healthcare
good jobs
and good play
and prayers for our earth feet
to walk better, play better
be better neighbors
for mother
for all of us
we untie our laces
and walk far together
renourishing pathways
of learning
of healing
tangled stories we were gifted
