This is a weird version
You envy someone else’s life
because you do not know their strife
you do not know
The struggles they are facing
do you think you’ve got it hard
but some they have a granite shard
that’s piercing in their heart
and they’re just bracing
barely holding on to Life
just reaching for that greater height
swimming towards the surface
they are racing
our envies, our misplaced desires
achieved they will become The fire
to burn away the smoke
it is erasing
so be at peace in your own soul
And know in fact that you are whole
don’t envy the unknown
you are embracing
