I did the prompt of some thing you’re scared of. I was going to embellish it a little more but I’ve been outside in the snow all day and now this fire is putting me to sleep so this is all you get. Yes, it snows in the spring in New Mexico.
My Biggest Fear
my biggest fear at this point
is that I die without
my loved ones knowing just how much
I love them without doubt
because my heart is so full
with no words to express
if only they could know my love
but they’ll just have to guess
perhaps when we die we see ourselves
through everyone else’s eyes
and then we know the honest truth
and dispel all the lies
if you could see yourself through my eyes
you would know your true beauty
but we’re all stuck in our own world
and we can’t see clearly
So my biggest fear at this point
