I went with the prompt about historic events that meant something to me. I think the most enjoyable historic events are the preposterous beliefs that some people think are historical events.
revisionist history is written by the losers
putting stock in stupid rumors
don’t believe everything you read
sure we never went to the moon
yeah it was all a ruse
and the Holocaust it never happened
Just don’t talk to the Jews
yes of course the Earth is flat
it’s all that I can see
but if it’s round I’m sure it’s hollow
someone told me and I agree
